I have so much pleasure creating my paintings, which I am have been re-assured by family and friends most successfully capture memories of special places and times on canvas. I use all my skills and knowledge in all my artwork and now I wish to advance to the next level, that is, earn a financial reward for all my effort.
Online art galleries are not working for me, so I am hoping to use this website as the avenue to turn my dream into a financial reality.
I have, as I have stated earlier, listed with “bluethumb online art gallery”, please google me if you have a spare moment. I hope that I am not repeating myself too much and making a nuisance of this site. That is not my intension.
Below, is the final project that I just completed last week. It is entitled ” A BELOVED BEACH NEAR HERVEY BAY IN QLD IN THE SPRINGTIME”.
I so treasured my time in I what I believe to be paradise on earth, and this artwork is my attempt at re-creating this beauty on canvas in oil paints. The gum tree in the foreground gives the beach lover the needed shade and cool on this spring day as temperatures can be quite warm – even at this time of the year.
The elegant frame ever so much enhances this painting and will brighten any room for the lucky purchaser/collector.
This painting creatively depicts one of many beaches along the beautiful Fraser Coast in Queensland. I have strolled this beach and swam in its warm surf when I lived in Hervey Bay.
